February Meeting - Mortgages and Inspections

Chris Durfee, owner of Tallahassee Home Inspection   will be our instructor for the evening.  I have had the pleasure of working with Chris on a number of inspections this month and December.  He has taught me so many things to look for when doing my inspections prior to making an offer on a home.  Mark and I felt like everyone should learn what to look for in a home inspection.

Next up, we will have mortgage brokers to explain some of the exciting new loan packages available to investors.  As Mark said, there is no reason for someone to not be able to start investing (OK, not having income is one and bad credit is another - however....there are plenty of ways to make money and credit can be cleaned up).

The meeting starts at 6 with networking and goes until the close the doors.
