What in the heck is Quiet Title??

If you look in the local papers in the legal notices, you will see notifications for Quiet Title AND almost everyone of those notices will have Attorney Andrew Power from Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Colon, and Power, PA as the attorney. 

So what exactly is Quiet Title?

A quiet title action is simply a lawsuit designed to clear title to land and remove any clouds on title on Florida real estate. We are excited to have Attorney Andrew Power from STS Law to explain Quiet Title and how it can be a useful tool in your real estate investing toolbox.

Attorney Andrew J. Power has more than ten years of experience in civil litigation involving real estate law, tax deeds, quiet titles, contract disputes, evictions and foreclosures. He graduated cum laude from Siena Heights University in 2002 with a bachelor of arts degree. He earned a juris doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2005 and was admitted to The Florida Bar the same year.
